Rehabilitation: Gait & Balance/Fall Prevention

Balance training helps reduce the risk of falls in older adults with balance problems and also improves postural stability after a stroke.
We work with our patients on ways to work balance exercise into everyday life.
If you have poor balance and are at risk of falling, we offer detailed strength and balance testing.
We will work on strengthening your legs and core while improving your endurance.
Together we will assess your current performance levels and develop a detailed plan to improve your mobility and balance.
