Frequently Asked Questions

Why don’t you take my insurance or any HMO’s?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any HMO insurance plans due to their low reimbursement rates. We also do not accept Medi-Cal.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

This depends on what your doctor, work comp carrier and/ or insurance allows. If you are doing self pay, the therapist does take into consideration that costs will be coming from your own pocket and thus will do his best to adjust your treatment plan to a schedule that is most financially reasonable.

What happens during my evaluation?

The therapist will evaluate your condition to determine the best treatment plan for your recovery, while considering your doctor’s orders and requests. During the visit, the therapist may carry out tests and ask you to perform exercises to assess your condition.

How long is each appointment?

Evaluations are 60 to 75 minutes and subsequest treatments are usually 60 minutes.

What should I wear to the appointments?

Gym attire and anything that will help the therapist better assess the area you are being seen for. For example: if you are being treated for your knee, please wear shorts. Please bring swim suit and towel in case the therapist has you use the pool.

What are your cash prices?

  • Massage: $70 for 1 hour or $45 for 30 minutes

  • PT: $125 for initial eval, $90 every treatment thereafter
